There are some general suggestions that could be considered by the Hon'ble for the government argued during the debate on Bill GST soon  such as enlist more goods and services the needs of infants and children as item Zero rate (0%) GST. Examples such as disposable diapers, baby clothes, bottles and cribs. It aims to ease the burden on parents who have to bear the needs of small children.

Other than that, requiring large supermarkets to display the prices of all goods and services offered at their premises on-line or online at their website. This is a consumer protection measure that aims to help users see changes in price and compare prices before shopping for goods and services.

Moreover, raise the GST allocation of grants to help to small traders and simple. This will help the process of compliance at the dealer level, which indirectly would protect consumers from traders who take advantage of the reasons the cost of preparations for the GST to be borne by them.

Futhermore, allowing foreign tourists who are eligible under the Tourist Refund Scheme (Tourist Refund Scheme) to claim a refund of GST on goods brought out not only through the airport, even through ports and land borders to spur economic activity and tourism in the area quarter involved. This can make Malaysia more competitive compared to countries in the region to attract foreign tourists who have a high ability to spend.

Besides, increasing the Income Tax relief for individuals to engage in education and health spending, whether on their own, husband / wife or children who are still under warranty. As a measure to reduce the impact of GST on households.Maximize the use of MyKad as the official tool for channeling subsidies to target groups during the era of GST. For example, make MyKad as public transport discount cards for seniors, students and low-income earners as well as the identification of special assistance to the disabled and so on.

Also, introduce the subject of excise and GST as a state subject to Malaysians as early education at the primary level up to higher education. It aims to implement a proper understanding of the responsibilities of citizenship in addition to taxable defuse mixed sentiment against GST among all levels of society.
To the user community, the following is a brief guide that can be used to deal with GST notice like be prepared a monthly spending plan by list of fixed expenses that recur every month as installment car, house, insurance, utility bills, education fees, kitchen essentials, personal expenses and so on. Divide the earlier shopping list into two parts, which are not subject to GST and parts that are subject to GST. Ensure the allocation of money to keep spending and regulatory precedence to avoid residual income to spend on non-essential goods or services that are subject to GST.

Secondly, shop at stores that are registered GST. Users are encouraged to shop at stores that are registered as GST stores mainly in large supermarkets that every day compete with the prices of their competitors. In addition to benefiting low price, users can also learn to become familiar with the system and the exact mechanism of GST. This recommendation also is to protect consumers from unscrupulous traders who raise prices during the era of GST.

Next, shopping during the season promotional discounts. In Malaysia, often promotional discounts like "Mega Sale" and "Day For Members" performed by dealers either for sale daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Users can take advantage of the shopping season sale with cheap price and save.On the other hand, make savings for investment. Each individual is encouraged to save for higher wages, if any. Savings can be made in the bank, invest in unit trusts or purchase protection insurance. Savings for investment can minimize the impact of GST on individual income in addition to providing a positive return on long-term savings such as gain, the gain dividend and health expenses covered.

Turn on consumer associations. The users are urged to unite and provide support to consumer organizations to actively defend and defend the rights of consumers around the area in Malaysia. During the era GST future, consumer associations should be one-stop center to disseminate information and to disclose consumerism "Power Users" (Consumer Power). In this way, the dealer will be responsible for business so they are not affected by the bad publicity that could threaten their interests. In addition, making a complaint about price manipulation. Users who have information about the activities of price manipulation by traders during the era GST suggested making a complaint to the authorities so that law enforcement can do to the dealer. Steps to make a complaint about such fraudulent activities is a responsibility of each user so that no dealer who takes advantage of the future implementation of GST.

Utilizing the assistance and consumerism initiatives provided by the government. There are various help and consumerism initiatives that have been provided by the government to the people. An example might help Rakyat 1 Malaysia (BR1M), Kedai Rakyat 1Malaysia (KR1M) and etc. Government is expected to provide more assistance to the people after the implementation of additional GST. Groups of people who are eligible to receive help and initiative are encouraged to use it.

Lastly, refer "Buyers Guide" issued by Customs. The Department Royal Malaysian Customs (RMC) is expected to publish a brochure on "Buyers Guide" three months before the implementation of the GST in April 2015. Users can refer this brochure to find out information and make a comparison of prices of goods and services before and during the era of GST.In short, the country is running out of time to postpone the implementation of GST for the umpteenth time. Thus, the GST should be realized and all parties understand the mechanism GST should take responsibility to explain to the public perception that they are not deflected or influenced by ideologies which will ultimately harm the inverted state. Let us unite in the name of Malaysia and welcomed the GST for the future of a more glorious state.
